Ah, the "random shit" folder. I've got that, mine's just called "Stuff" and mostly consists of car pictures.

I have many random shit folders within that random shit folder. They go by the names Disc 1, Disc 2, Untitled folder —, New Folder, etc...

I've got 90 items on my Desktop, but you never see them because I've got them hidden. Opening a Finder window and clicking Desktop will show them all just fine.
